We interrupt "The Process" for a Garden Report

7.31.2011

Harvested this morning: Cherokee Pink tomato, blueberries, Green Zebra tomato, Black Prince tomato, Big Boy tomatoes, yellow (yaller) crookneck squash, green beans, parsley, oregano, jalapenos, red salad scallions (not pictured: the one red potato I dug up to check progress),  sunflower, zinnias and cosmos.

Back late tonight with a final "The Process" post. Have a blessed day everyone!

  3. Damn. Good looking vegetables/ flowers AND fabulous styling and photograhy. You have a good eye for putting it all together. Even cooler that's it YOUR food.

I'm so glad your blueberries made it through the potential blight.

    Happy Sunday!

  4. I'd grab a tomato first. There is nothing on earth as good as a home-grown tomato. Yummo!

  5. Looks like a mighty fine supper! This may be one of my favorite pictures that you've posted. It would make such a pretty print...especially as a note card.

  6. Mmmm, a wholesome harvest of flavours, beauty and colour ... love those flowers. :)
I have a bud on one of my nasturtiums which looks distinctly yellow ... fingers crossed.

  7. I can't help but get excited when I see a bunch of garden fresh produce like this. Kind of makes me wish I still got my CSA box. I'm looking forward to my own vegetable patch this winter with my own plot. (which of these don't you like? I remember you said you don't like summer veggies!)
